It’s a denim takeover…

Recently I was struck by just how much denim I’ve been seeing. This style trend took me slightly by surprise. Denim dresses began to increase their popularity over the last couple of years. But as of late they have gained momentum in the style department. Now I see this trend in every clothing store I enter. And the trend is not limited to dresses. Denim is everywhere.

From every style of dress to the latest vest trend, denim is having its most widespread fashion moment. Jeans and jean jackets are classics we expect to see always. Denim shorts, shirts and vests are becoming available in a larger array of styles, and washes. Denim dresses are available in all the most popular styles.

Denim offers a variety of color washes from light to dark in an assortment of colors that mainly center around blue, black and white. But jeans have always had a variety of styles available from straight to wide leg, skinny to barrel. Not to mention zip fly versus button closure. Oh, and don’t forget about chambray which is most popular in blouses and button downs. All to say is no shortage of variety… meaning that there is something for everyone in this collection.
